"When you lift the heads of the children of Israel, according to their number, then shall they give


My Musing At the height of the exodus, the Israelites are poised at Mt. Sinai, ready to accept the Torah from the one True God. And they fail, miserably, declaring a golden calf to be their salvation. As it explains in the midrash, seemingly at the moment militer indonesia that they hear from God, not to have any other gods, they go and make a god.
