Have completed a quiet training week and it was pretty good timing on that week, you could say. Had the craftsman visits as stated moisture in kitchen, sigh puffing and groaning. (I see pictures of huge construction site in my kitchen and it's no nice pictures there). My freezer decided also to ajar, hygglo, got to the gutted and defrosted too.
MTB-mys out in the Eker this weekend dstl and gosh that it was fine in the forest where dry trails and sand, lots of sand, I need to practice to go fast on sand, or go fast on different types of surfaces simply. dstl Marka area is like a sea of roots and rocks and I'm still pretty dstl ok on. A little shorter stem and handlebars hijacked a bit too, better dstl feel, will see if it is adequate. And then it's quite nice that the AKS a lot of motocross? Enduro? out in the spokes, it provides as well as beautiful fine track with curves and bumps.
Yesterday I had some kind träningsdvd front of the TV on the program. I went into it with the idea that "I will not like" and, unfortunately, I went out with much the same feeling. Would rather not run it again. However, I have pain in various ab muscles so somebody advantage did it. But one of psyched American who shows up participants' ripped abs that makes me not super psyched when I additionally have kordination like an elephant and most stands and flapping its arms so it will not be better, sorry Ola;)
New week and I'm looking forward to it, much training and fun workout. This weekend I want the sun and fine for there'sa racing round, maiden dstl voyage. I yearn to ride fast! That Sunday, then does the reverse pass in Ånnaboda we don't think about quite yet :)
